FOODIE PARTNER SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Foodie’s subscription services by restaurants, bars, and coffee shops (“Partners”). By subscribing to Foodie, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Subscription Plans & Fees

  • Foodie offers multiple subscription tiers, each with different pricing and benefits.
  • Fees are billed monthly or annually, as selected by the Partner.
  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

3. Partner Dashboard & Deal Management

  • Upon successful subscription, Partners will gain access to a dedicated dashboard to create, manage, and track deals and offers.
  • Partners are responsible for ensuring all deals comply with local laws and Foodie’s Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Free Trial & Promotions

  • Every subscription plan includes a free trial period, after which the selected payment method will be charged automatically.
  • Foodie reserves the right to modify or terminate promotional offers at any time.

5. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Partners can cancel their subscriptions via their dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • If a Partner cancels, access to premium features will continue until the subscription period ends.

6. Changes to Subscription Plans

  • Foodie reserves the right to update pricing, features, or plan structures with prior notice.
  • Continued use of the service after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.

7. Partner Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all promotions and offers listed on Foodie are accurate and honoured.
  • Maintain up-to-date payment information to avoid service disruptions.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding food service and advertising.

8. Termination & Suspension

  • Foodie may suspend or terminate a Partner’s subscription for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Foodie reserves the right to remove any offers or deals that are misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Foodie is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the Partner’s platform use.
  • Partners acknowledge that Foodie acts as a promotional tool and does not guarantee customer engagement or revenue.
