END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User” or “you”) and Foodie Ltd (“Foodie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in the UK. By downloading, installing, or using the Foodie mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Foodie grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

  • Download, install, and use the App on a compatible device solely for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Access and use the services provided through the App in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Copy, distribute, or sublicense the App.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
  • Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the App.
  • Attempt to bypass any security features or access restricted areas.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The App, including all software, content, and trademarks, is owned by Foodie Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.

5. User Accounts & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information.
  • Authorize recurring payments via Stripe or another payment processor.
  • Comply with our refund and cancellation policies.

7. Privacy & Data Collection

Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices, including:

  • Collection of location data for geolocation-based deals.
  • Storage and processing of your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.
  • Use of cookies and analytics to improve the service.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Google Maps, social media logins). Foodie is not responsible for the availability or performance of these services.

9. Termination & Suspension

Foodie reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

  • You violate any terms of this Agreement.
  • We discontinue or modify the App.
  • We are required to do so by law.

You may terminate this Agreement by deleting the App from your device.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the App, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of England and Wales.
